It is my pleasure to invite you to the Libyan-American Forum for Development and Reconstruction, an event that will be enriched by your presence and contributions.

The inaugural forum will take place in Washington, D.C., on April 28-29, 2025, under the theme “Together Towards Success.” This gathering marks a pivotal moment for Libyan-American collaboration, bringing together a distinguished delegation from Libya—comprising senior government officials, business leaders, institutional heads, banking experts, and specialists in energy, finance, and commerce etc. They will engage with their American counterparts to explore opportunities for cooperation across key sectors, including education, telecommunications, reconstruction, infrastructure, healthcare, investment, transportation, agriculture, and renewable energy.

This forum is more than a meeting—it is a strategic platform designed to foster long-term partnerships, economic growth, and mutual prosperity. By facilitating direct engagement between Libyan and American stakeholders, we aim to drive forward meaningful initiatives that benefit both nations.

The Fund for Development and Reconstruction of Libya (FDRL) is committed to supporting this vision by acting as a bridge between Libyan and U.S. institutions, ensuring seamless collaboration, overcoming challenges, and unlocking new opportunities.
